This morning we put our Christmas tree and decorations up. I have always wanted to paint the lounge all christmassy but never knew where to start.
As darkness fell and the lights went on I decided to just have a go and paint the scene in oils! The long suffering was at first aghast at this proposal but once the floor was duly covered he relaxed although not for long as the Grand Prix by all accounts was very stressful judging by the head in hands and stoning of the crows.
Apart from having to wipe the door a couple of times from turning with too many brushes splayed between fingers all was well my end of the room. Steep learning curve but I actually enjoyed the process!
